FAQs

  • Admission/Tickets

    Should I arrive in advance of my ticketed time slot? To provide you with the best experience, please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to the time slot shown on your ticket. You may not be able to enter if you arrive prior to this.

    If I am delayed and miss my slot, can I join a later slot?  We may be operating at capacity and may not be able to accommodate you at a later time slot. We strongly encourage you to plan your travel time accordingly. 

    Can I change the date of my Ticket? Westover Field of Lights tickets are nonrefundable and not changeable due to limited capacity per timeslot.

  • Westover Field of Lights Experience

    Where do I go? Field of Lights is located at the Westover Sports Complex. Click here to see a map of the event.

    How long will the walk be? The walk should take 30 – 45 minutes.

    What are the last entry times? The last time slot is 9 PM and the event closes at 10 PM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

    What time does the lightshow end? All visitors must exit no later than 10 PM.

    Is there registration at the door? No. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Tickets can be Purchased here.

    Can I take photographs? Yes! We will have some fun photo ops for you, too.

    Are dogs allowed? Pets are not allowed. Only ADA-designated service animals are permitted. 

    Will Westover Field of Lights be open in inclement weather? Westover Hills Church reserves the right to shut down or cancel the event if weather conditions are assessed to pose a risk to our guests’ safety. However, there will be alternate days available in order to accommodate all affected guests.

    Is there ADA Access at Westover Field of Lights? Yes. The event is accessible for wheelchairs, mobility assistant devices and strollers. Wheelchairs are not provided and cannot be rented on-site. The route is designed so that it can be viewed solely from the pathway you will be walking. There will be interactive elements at the end of the light show that will invite the audience on to the grass. This portion may require individuals to personally assess if their wheelchair will be able to navigate this area.

    Do you have accessible Parking? Yes, a limited number of parking spaces are available.

    Does it get cold? Westover’s Sports complex does get cold during winter months. Checking the weather prior to arriving is strongly recommended.

    Can I purchase food and drinks on-site? Yes. A selection of food and drinks will be available for purchase. Expect a cashless experience. 

    Can I bring food and drinks? No. Outside food or drinks are not allowed.
  • Cancellations, Exchanges & Refunds

    What will happen if the weather is bad? Will Westover Field of Lights be cancelled? Westover Field of Lights is an outdoor light show event. If the weather presents a hazard and a safety risk, any decisions to cancel will be taken by 4 PM on the day of the event. If Westover Field of Lights is cancelled, you will be notified and informed of a make-up date. 

    If I am unable to attend on that day, can I get a refund? All tickets are non-refundable.

    I have booked for the wrong day. Can I transfer over to another day? Due to limited capacity per timeslot, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds once tickets have been purchased. Please make sure that you have chosen the correct date and time slot at the time of your booking.

    Can I receive a refund for issues or concerns related to COVID-19? No. All tickets are non-refundable. Westover fully intends to have this event and will only cancel due to extreme bad weather or government mandate. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By purchasing a ticket, you are assuming this risk.
